The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected due to an emergency with our son’s surgery.
The bathroom layout was quite tight, making it a bit challenging to navigate, especially with a small shower.

The bathroom setup could use some work, but the room was super clean.

this hotel, if you can even call it that, had an atrocious smell in the hallway that was simply unbearable. The towels I was given were positively stained. seemingly, cleanliness wasn’t high on their priority list. after all this, I thought at least I’d get some special treatment, but alas, no complimentary snacks or room upgrades for me. disappointing.

We stayed here with our large family and grandchild. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the comfy beds. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the pier and lots of shops for us to explore together.
My kids wished for better bathroom space.

Shower facilities could be better designed!!! Wi-Fi service often unreliable!!! Noise levels may disrupt sleep quality!!! Consider updating furnishings and addressing unpleasant odors in rooms!!! Improve parking availability!!!

Staying in a triple room was perfect for our little family getaway. The space allowed us to relax after exploring Brighton, and we were just a nice stroll away from the famous Brighton Pier and various charming coffee shops nearby. The shower was quite nice, even if the bathroom felt a tad snug. One small disappointment was that we had to pay a fee to leave our bags on our last day, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the helpful tips from the staff about the local sights.

It was a bit pricey for what you get but still acceptable.

i went for 2 nights with my twin girls and had a fab time. the location is sweet, just a short walk to the beach. the staff were super friendly and helpful. our triple room was clean, and even though the furniture was a bit dated, it was all comfy. they also had tea and coffee available, which was a bonus!
the shower could've used a better design, and the lack of parking was a bit of a hassle.

Old Palace Guest House was a fantastic choice during my solo trip! The room was clean, spacious, and had a kettle with tea/coffee facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Pier and the Pavilion. The breakfast was delicious, with both continental and English options cooked to order. The team was super helpful and made my stay feel very special.
The shower was a bit compact, but not a major issue.
